Manufacturing Scientist I

• Corrective and preventative action in support of continuous improvement.

• Compliant resolution of Quality and Technical issues.

• Risk assessment utilizing technical knowledge.

• Validation skills to reduce quality and supply risk.

• Cross functional communication in support of efficient actions.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in scientific field is required. Masters or Doctorate is desirable.
• Up to four years experience finding technical resolutions in a regulated environment under Design Control.
• Substantial understanding and knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to Biological manufacturing.
• Advanced problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills including consultative and relationship management skills.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,200 to $124,100 at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
