As part of our growing Diversity and Inclusion efforts, we are pleased to announce that we have expanded our Diversity Scholarship Program this year to include a total of 13 scholarships for students from diverse backgrounds. This program is an extension of our larger Bio-Rad Scholarship Program and is designed to support graduating high school students from schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.
These scholarships were created to support students who belong to one or more of the following groups:
- Persons of Color
- Special Needs Students
- LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual)
On behalf of the Diversity and Inclusion Program at Bio-Rad, we would like to extend a big congratulations to our 13 Diversity Scholarship winners, each of whom has been awarded with a $2,000 scholarship! Wishing you all the best of luck as you continue your journey!
