As an experienced clinical diagnostic Capital Equipment Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for promoting Bio-Rad’s Transfusion Medicine product line, while working closely with your team of Account Managers. The Account Executive will leverage their knowledge of the clinical diagnostic lab and transfusion medicine market to promote our strategic initiatives and support the region in achieving their goals. You will spearhead the territory sales plan and identify, develop and nurture new opportunities and support our customers. This position will require 60%+ travel.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

  • Achieve sales growth objectives and instrument placements with effective territory management. 
  • Gain access to competitive accounts with the ability to effectively tailor messaging to the laboratory, purchasing and the C-suite in the hospital and donor center environment. 
  • Take ownership of the sales process with careful territory planning, opportunity management, and optimized customer responsiveness in collaboration with our internal technical and customer service colleagues. 
  • Deliver financial and technical presentations that are tailored to appropriate stakeholders.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor of Science; MBA and/or SBB a plus. 
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years successful sales experience selling capital equipment to hospitals and reference laboratories. 
  • Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills and proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. 
  • Practical working knowledge of MS Office programs and Salesforce.com.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 to $162,200 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for quarterly commission based on assigned sales quotas.
