Compliance Specialist I

As the Bio-Rad Corporate Compliance Specialist, you will manage the Compliance training through a Learning Management System and will oversee business courtesy transactions with healthcare entities.  Under the direction of the Global Compliance Manager, you will ensure Compliance programs and processes are delivered within an expected schedule `with the highest quality of customer service and quality. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Manage learning management system and monitor employee completion.  Assist in facilitating and supporting training questions and technical issues for three regions (Americas, EMEA and APAC).
• Manage compliance business courtesies to ensure that all requests are completed accurately and within the expected timeframe.
• Manage requests and queries from business stakeholders relating to compliance software platforms.
• Identify and recommend system and process changes as necessary relating to compliance software platforms.
• Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting /dashboards to measure the effectiveness of compliance program and training.
• Train and support the user community.
  

What You Bring: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience in a compliance, auditing, or finance role at a regulated company, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• International experience a strong plus
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, life sciences, or clinical diagnostics a strong plus.
• Experience administering cloud-based compliance systems
• Proficient with Excel, Word and technology in general
• Able to work in a matrix organization with multiple partners, understanding and respecting the roles and responsibilities of each.
• Strong quantitative, interpersonal, oral/written communication and project management skills
• Able to act as an effective ambassador internally and externally for the Corporate Compliance Function.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $102,200 to $140,500 at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
