Applies scientific and engineering principles for troubleshooting of serological test reagent consumables used for the detection of infectious diseases and autoimmune disorders. Plans and executes studies to support CAPA, customer complaints, troubleshooting, and improvements. Collects, analyzes/interprets, and summarizes technical data into concise reports that includes recommendations.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Scientific field with minimum of 6+ years industry experience in related industry required.
Skills: Extensive knowledge of engineering and scientific principles, theories, and concepts. Advanced problem solving in organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
