The Global Commercialization Product Manager’s role is to define, develop, and drive the commercial strategy for their assigned product categories. This is a central role that works cross-functionally with all global teams within the company. The main goals of Product Management are to drive high revenue growth of existing products and exciting new products that accelerate scientific discoveries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of product commercialization for our immunoassays portfolio targeting biopharma market, including messaging playbook, content creation, event marketing, lead generation, brand awareness, customer case studies, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with R&D Applications, Regional Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Distribution to manage all aspects of the product lifecycle for the immunoassays product portfolio.
  • Evaluate market and sales data to develop a deep understanding of the Immunoassays market and our customers and use this information to drive and support strategic portfolio initiatives.
  • Develop strategic collaborations with customers that align with goals for your product categories and provide insight into customer needs.
  • Educate both internal teams and external customers on your products via trainings, digital content, and webinars.
  • Provide support for launch initiatives and develop go-to-market plans for new products lines and drive new product development activities.
  • Build strong relationships and maintain close interactions with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Technical Support, R&D, Marketing and Regional teams through active participation in the sales process, including customer visits, pricing tactics and customer support.

Qualifications

  • An understanding of customers’ use of immunoassays and familiarity with a wide range of scientific applications, most relevant to bead-based technology.
  • A bachelor's degree in a hard scientific discipline is required. MSc/PhD, or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in marketing/commercial environment or related field.
  • Must have demonstrated oral and written communications skills.
  • Must possess knowledge of the core marketing responsibilities and business processes along with well-developed time management skills (prioritizes among multiple projects).
  • Must have experience in content building related to sales meeting planning and tactical execution of external communication items.
