Production Assembler

  • Operate filling and packaging mechanical equipment. 
  • Read and understand technical documents, such as diagrams, schematics, or other verbal or written instructions. 
  • Work with other members of the line or group in order to assemble products. 
  • Keep a clean and tidy workspace. 
  • Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry. Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.

  • Your keen attention to detail will ensure all parts and products under your workstream are in proper working order and meet the quality standards of our company and our customers. 
  • Your effective verbal skills will contribute to our team environment by allowing you to convey instructions or report issues to coworkers and supervisors. 
  • Your initiative and drive to complete your tasks with high quality and on time will enable us to fulfill our customers’ orders on time and right the first time

What You Bring: 

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred. 
  • Work Experience: 0-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Ability to read, to write, to comprehend, and follow written instructions. 
  • Basic math, problem solving and computer skills. 
  • Transaction in SAP experience, a plus. 
  • Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $16.87 to $23.22 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
