Supply Planner - Temporary

  • Owns the replenishment/Deployment plan for a specific product line portfolio. Executes STR-STO conversion and TMS load building planning to supply materials throughout the global distribution network.
  • Reviews TMS / SAP daily exception reports and coordinates with the distribution centers (DC) to ensure products are shipped on schedule. Works closely with the supply planning team to improve and mitigate inventory deficiencies.
  • Monitors and ensures the integrity and accuracy for relevant master data maintained in SAP to support the STO replenishment plan.
  • Monitors weekly/monthly production plan attainments to ensure continuous product supply to prevent product interruption to the customer.
  • Works closely with regional supply planners to ensure local supply plans are balanced for customer service and inventory targets.
  • Supports S&OE process and OTIF key metrics.
  • Balances product allocation requests between sales orders and STOs to avoid inventory shortages.
  • Proactively communicate product availability updates to all levels of the Supply Chain and Customer Service teams including potential inventory or customer service risks.
  • Actively reviews PBI and SAP reports to identify areas of inventory shortage and communicate with cross-functional teams to mitigate service level interruptions to key regions and customers.
  • Performs data validation as part of all SAP/TMS/Kinaxis releases and system enhancements

How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Owns Replenishment and Deployment Plan of Finished Goods in SAP
  • Builds and monitors Load building Plan in Transportation Management System in SAP
  • Communicates Estimated Times of Arrival and Track & Trace product in transit in TMS
  • Supports S&OE - Sales and Operation Execution Process for Bio-Rad
  • Supports On Time in Full - OTIF as a key metric for Customer Service.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management or other related field.
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain Planning Demand, Supply, Deployment, Logistics, Manufacturing or Materials Management experience required.
  • SAP experience, prefered or similar ERP software required. (ECC, APO and PAM and TMS modules, preferred).
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel pivot tables and V/lookups) required.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem solving skills, required. PBI prefered.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence others in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks.
  • Effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $45.19 to $62.21 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.  As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
