Warehouse Representative

Bio-Rad is looking for an Admin Assoc. II to perform various routine physical tasks within Bio-Rad Laboratories Benicia Warehouse that covers multiple areas: receiving, storing, packing, shipping or distributions of materials, parts, supplies and equipment or warehouse organization/cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Support other departmental needs: Tradeshow/CSD receiving, processing, and put-aways as required. Assist in Marketing/Tradeshow organizational needs/requirements.
• Support in shipping & receiving daily.
• Process replenishments and order parts for US Field Service Engineers.
• Assists with the preparation of new part kits for Field Service Engineers.
• Perform system transactions within ServiceMaxx & SAP to source and fulfill part requests.
• Perform various routine physical tasks involved in one or more areas including but not limited to receiving, storing, packing, shipping or distributing of materials, parts, supplies, equipment, finished goods, label, lot or serial control.
• Investigate and resolve any inventory discrepancies with the team.
• Perform clean up duties and execute 5S procedures in the warehouse as assigned.   

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years related experience.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instruction.
• Basic computer, math, problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• SAP experience is a must!
• Knowledge of safety policies and procedures Inventory Control experience a plus.
