BSA, Sr Staff

In this role, your day will be a combination of collaboration, and delivery. You may start by discussing potential

challenges with cross-functional teams across APAC, or working on delivery of new features in SAP or Kinaxis for the Supply and Demand Planning organizations. After syncing with project stakeholders to refine business processes, you’ll dive into hands-on configuration and development, ensuring systems are built to meet the needs of the business. In the afternoon, you may strategize on how to enhance the planning efficiency. Finally, you’ll close the day by providing updates to leadership and aligning with global IT teams on progress and next steps.

 

 How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

• Lead System Configuration: Drive the configuration and development of SAP Demand and Supply Planning and Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with regional leadership, subject matter experts, and IT to ensure seamless system implementations that improve demand and supply planning efficiency.
• Ensure Process Optimization: Drive the analysis and documentation of current and future business processes to identify and deliver system improvements.
• Maintain System Integrity: Oversee system integrity by ensuring accurate traceability of requirements and solutions, optimizing processes for long-term reliability.
• Support Global Projects: Collaborate on global IT projects, using your expertise to guide the organization’s demand and supply planning strategy in the APAC region and globally.

 

 What You Bring: 

 

•  SAP and Kinaxis Expertise: At least 5 years of experience with SAP ECC MRP and Kinaxis Maestro, specifically in demand and supply planning.
• Working knowledge of SAP APO is desired, but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and work on areas where the candidate does not have prior experience is highly desired.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: A proven ability to work effectively across multiple departments, including IT, business leadership, and external consultants. 
• Process Improvement Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess, design, and implement business processes that drive efficiency.
• Leadership and Project Management:
• Experience leading cross-functional projects, with the ability to work under time constraints and deliver on critical milestones.
• Adaptability and Hands-On Approach: Comfortable diving into the details, thriving in ambiguous environments, and adapting quickly to new challenges
