Quality Systems Training Specialist

Bio-Rad’s Global Quality Management Systems team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced training professional to join our team as a Quality Systems Training Specialist to enhance the skills and competencies of the organization. Reporting to the Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager, this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Global QMS Training Program.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and global training needs
• Curriculum Development: Develop training programs aligned with global QMS standards and business needs for various roles, environments, and job responsibilities
• Training Content: Produce engaging and informative training materials to maximize attention, recall, and learning outcomes
• Training Methods: develop training content for various training scenarios such as coaching, eLearning, instructor-led, interactive, on-the-job, read and understand, and video-based training
• Facilitate virtual training sessions and workshops using engaging and interactive methodologies to include train-the-trainer scenarios
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and global stakeholders to develop training content that meets regulatory requirements and is consistent with the organization's quality objectives
• Implement appropriate mechanisms (assessments, surveys, metrics) to evaluate knowledge transfer, continued relevance of training materials, and to improve training content and methods
• Regularly prepare and report on the effectiveness of the global QMS training program

What You'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business, or related field
• Eight or more years’ progressive experience in training program management, content development, and facilitation
• Experience within the IVD, medical device or similarly regulated industry highly desired
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication, relationship building, and conflict resolution to support a conducive learning environment
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating practices, skill gaps, problems, and areas of opportunity to assist in the design of appropriate training solutions
• Technological proficiency in learning management systems, e-learning platforms, Microsoft applications, and additional training content development tools
• Experience designing, coordinating, and facilitating instructor-led and virtual training
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal team members globally
• Ability to travel as needed (infrequent)
