Bio-Rad Holds D&I Summit and Career Fair

As part of Global Diversity Month in October, Bio-Rad recently held a D&I Summit for its employees, as well as a Career Fair for those interested in joining the Company. Both events were located at Bio-Rad's corporate headquarters in Hercules, California. During the D&I Summit portion of the event, Bio-Rad employees had the opportunity to learn about and join a Bio-Rad Employee Resource Group, like our Mental Health Network, Allyship Group, and our Women's Resource Group.
During the event, we featured all of our Employee Resource Groups, as well as an opportunity for those in the local community to come out and celebrate our diversity. A lot of our employees came out just to celebrate the diversity within our company and see the things we are offering.
