Channel Partner Manager; Mexico & Latin America
 
Snapshot of the Role
As Channel Partner Manager, you are a key member of the Americas Channel Partner Management team and partner closely with regional Sales Managers to execute Bio-Rad’s Channel Partner Management Program across Mexico and Latin America.
Success in this role depends on consistent follow-through and the ability to drive initiatives to closure in a fast-moving commercial environment.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Drive channel partner performance, growth, and optimization of Bio-Rad’s third-party distributor mix while ensuring compliance and transparency
  • Source, evaluate, and appoint new distributors; validate services and capabilities
  • Ensure business cases and due diligence are completed prior to onboarding and kept current per SOP
  • Serve as primary point of contact for contractual terms and legal documentation
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams throughout onboarding and lifecycle management
  • Support structured distributor transitions and lifecycle changes as needed (from selection to potential terminations)
  • Equip Channel Sales Managers with tools and guidance to manage partners ethically and compliantly
  • Conduct partner performance evaluations in collaboration with Channel Sales leadership and define improvement actions
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and opportunity data from channel partners
  • Maintain accurate partner records in Salesforce and related systems (contracts, amendments, approvals, due diligence)
  • Continuously improve channel management processes to align with evolving strategy
This role requires maintaining process integrity, managing cross-functional coordination effectively, and ensuring work does not stall.

What You Bring
  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical, Business, or related field
  • Experience in Clinical Diagnostics, Life Science, Medical, or related industries (preferred)
  • Regional sales, marketing, or channel management experience
  • Experience in pricing, business analytics, and performance management (preferred)
  • Strong Excel proficiency
In addition:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional processes independently and follow through without close supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership for deadlines, approvals, and compliance safeguards
  • Proactive communicator who escalates appropriately and keeps work moving
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy and taking action rather than waiting for direction
  • Track record of identifying risks early and resolving them before they impact the business
