As a Value Assigment Specialist, you will create, troubleshoot & review technical documentation to guide product use by medical professionals. Perform SAP ERP system transactions to control pre-production samples & confirm receipt of testing services. Coordinate with Tech Services to provide interim results & guide product insert availability expectations of customers. This is a fast-paced environment that works closely with both external testing vendors & internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction in the QC materials manufactured here.
Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Perform SAP ERP system transactions to ship samples, reconcile receipt of testing services, approve payments based upon data receipt
- Analysis of raw data including evaluation & resolution of outliers or exceptional instances. Analysis of historical data and ability to interpret significant deviations
- Determine & implement sampling plans to ensure completed product insert listings
- Interact with testing vendors/customers to ensure execution of testing strategies
- Coordinate post production activities with Tech Services group to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven, regulated work environment.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology or related field.
- 0-2 years testing methodology expertise and troubleshooting based upon broad QC experience in the medical device/instrumentation field.
- Broad knowledge of clinical testing systems, trends and performance
- Strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills
- High sensitivity, confidentiality, diplomacy and tact in dealing with internal and external customers.
- Advanced PC skills. Experience with SAP and enterprise software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting, sometimes with cross-functional teams/departments.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,310 - $77,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
