PMO Intern

The PMO intern would spend their day supporting active projects by keeping plans, trackers, and dashboards up to date, sitting in on project and team meetings, and helping document decisions, risks, and next steps. They work closely with project managers to organize information, follow up on action items, and improve how work is tracked and communicated.

• Keep project data accurate and current so teams can make better decisions. 
• Improve trackers, templates, or documentation to save the team time. 
• Turn meeting notes into clear action items and follow-ups. 
• Bring a fresh perspective to simplify processes and tools. 
• Take ownership of a small improvement project and see it through.

What You Bring: 

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university in Data Science, Project Management, Business Administration or related field. Eligible candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students who intend to return to their academic program the following academic year. A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required. 
• Work Experience: A prior internship. 
• Basic use of MS Office Suite. 
• Prior knowledge of Smartsheet preferred.

Location: This position must be based in Hercules, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is $25 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
