Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Customer Relations Coordinator to join our Inventory Management team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between internal teams and customers to support inventory availability, customer needs, and supply management for all product lines.
The Customer Relations Coordinator will manage and respond to inquiries through multiple inboxes, maintain and analyze inventory data, prepare reports, and support inventory-related processes and decisions. This position works collaboratively across a variety of functions, including Customer Care, Marketing, Planning, and Sales.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments and organizational levels. The successful candidate will use sound judgment when reviewing data and customer requests, identify potential issues, and help develop solutions that balance customer needs with business requirements. How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage inventory information and reporting by maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory reports that provide Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams with information needed to support customers.
- Support inventory optimization and financial objectives by monitoring and managing stock levels, contributing to the reduction of scrap and doubtful inventory, and identifying opportunities to improve inventory utilization.
- Analyze customer usage and inventory data to evaluate historical demand, determine appropriate customer allocations, and support the review of monthly inventory reserve reports.
- Review and maintain orders in SAP by running and analyzing various SAP reports, identifying orders requiring updates or follow-up, and coordinating with appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal customers by managing multiple inboxes, responding to inquiries, researching issues, and providing timely, accurate information and solutions.
What You Bring:
- Education/Work Experience: High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred, with 4+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Relationship Management, Inventory Management, or a similar environment.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret customer, inventory, and order data to identify issues and develop practical solutions that address customer and business needs.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to accurately review reports, maintain data, manage multiple priorities, and identify discrepancies.
- Customer Service & Communication: Demonstrated customer service skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities and the ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Systems Skills: Ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply product knowledge and business systems, including SAP.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $45,900 to $78,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
