Scientist

The candidate will participate in projects to develop bioconjugate products. Activities will include feasibility testing, development planning and execution of these plans, as well as the development of processes for manufacturing and quality control. The candidate will participate on cross-functional development teams and will interact with representatives from marketing and manufacturing as well as R&D.

• Design and execute experimental plans independently, applying sound scientific judgment and attention to detail. 
• Perform laboratory procedures and protocols with precision, ensuring high-quality, reproducible results. 
• Adapt quickly to new methods and technologies, expanding your skill set as project needs evolve. 
• Collaborate effectively within a multifunctional team, contributing expertise and supporting shared objectives. 
• Produce clear, well-structured experimental reports to communicate findings and guide project decisions

What You Bring:

• Education: PhD in Chemistry or Biochemistry prefered or equivalent relevant industry experience. 
• Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience preferred. Hands-on expertise with bioanalytical techniques, including electrophoresis, chromatography, and spectroscopy. 
• Laboratory experience within the biotechnology industry (highly desirable). 
• Familiarity with bioconjugation methodologies (preferred). 
• Experience with immunochemical techniques (preferred).

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $94,100 to $129,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
