We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

Both Bio-Rad and iCIMS are located outside of your country in jurisdictions that may not be subject to an unqualified personal data adequacy decision by your data protection authority.  
 
However, to ensure an adequate level of protection of your personal data, Bio-Rad has entered into data processing and data transfer agreements with iCIMS that incorporate the provisions of the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission or has implemented other appropriate safeguards with them. Storage period:

Valid in Germany: In the event of a rejection of your application, the deletion will take place 6 months after the decision has been announced.

Personal data processed under a contract with you will be retained by us for the duration of the contract and for a reasonable period thereafter, which may be necessary for the establishment and settlement of any related claims. Insofar as the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interests or the fulfilment of legal obligations, it will be deleted as soon as the underlying purpose has ceased to exist.
