If you apply to a job, iCIMS, Inc, 101 Crawfords Corner Road Suite 3-100, Holmdel, NJ, USA, is the processor for any personal data entered during a job application.  Any information you enter in a job application is maintained on iCIMS server. Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc, 1000 Alfred Nobel Drive, Hercules, CA, USA, is the controller of any personal data collected or otherwise processed on or through the Site. Additionally, your data will be processed by the Bio-Rad entity hiring you, which is specified in the job description.   

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  1. Your consent – for our newsletter and signing up for an account on our website.  
  2. Potentially entering into an employment relationship with you – we need to process your personal data to facilitate the job application process; and  
  3. Compliance with legal obligations – we may need to process your personal data to comply with relevant laws, regulatory requirements and to respond to lawful requests, court orders, and legal process. 

Both Bio-Rad and iCIMS are located outside of your country in jurisdictions that may not be subject to an unqualified personal data adequacy decision by your data protection authority.

Valid in Germany: In the event of a rejection of your application, the deletion will take place 6 months after the decision has been announced.

Personal data processed under a contract with you will be retained by us for the duration of the contract and for a reasonable period thereafter, which may be necessary for the establishment and settlement of any related claims. Insofar as the processing of your personal data is based on legitimate interests or the fulfilment of legal obligations, it will be deleted as soon as the underlying purpose has ceased to exist.
