Production Technician I

This role is for an entry level to experienced Warehouse Operator who will support the Global Supply Chain’s Manufacturing team specific to send-out testing. This role will be responsible for performing warehouse duties in SAP system including goods receipt, material putaway and picking, packing and shipping of pre-released materials to support the Value Assignment team.

Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Perform daily routine tasks: material put away, picks, packs ships and/or distributes materials while performing real-time transactions in SAP ERY system.
• Performs inventory transactions as needed in SAP ERP system to ensure accurate inventory management, traceability, and efficient material movement.
• Collaborate closely with Fill/Cap/Label, Value Assignment, Shipping, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and minimize operational delays.
• Help address backorders and shifting production priorities by ensuring materials and pre-released products are available to support critical Value Assignment and, ultimately, product release timelines.
• Contribute to efficient production operations by supporting training, maintaining documentation accuracy, and identifying opportunities to improve workflow and processes.
• Utilizes motorized and non-motorized equipment to move materials, parts, supplies and equipment as instructed. May operate a forklift.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 0-2 years related shipping/receiving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with perishable products preferred.
• Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery preferred.
• Experience with SAP WMS transactions preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work and effectively communicate with team and/or supervisor/manager.
• Goal-oriented team contributor.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $22.00 to $29.13 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
