Temporary Pricing / Commercial Operations Support – 6 Months

Our EMEA Headquarter in Basel, Switzerland, is currently looking for a Temporary Pricing / Commercial Operations Support for a 6-months contract.

How you’ll Make an Impact

• Prepare, validate, and distribute price lists (annual updates & ad-hoc changes)
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Excel files and pricing tools
• Support pricing uploads and maintenance (SAP / internal systems)
• Support in Monitor and follow-up on commercial contracts
• Coordinate with stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Pricing team)
• Handle pricing queries and support operational reporting

What you bring

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or IT

Experience

• Back-office / commercial operations experience
• Exposure to pricing or contract support is a plus

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel skills (mandatory), including macros/VBA
• Solid SAP knowledge (mandatory)

 Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Native or fluent Western European language desirable

Personal Skills

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and structured
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Able to manage priorities under pressure
