Production Chemist III

As the Production Chemist in our Bio-Rad Fort Worth, TX site, you will be responsible for bulk formulating products of high complexity including custom recipes in accordance with approved written procedures and policies.  You will participate in the training and development of new products and participate in/lead continuous improvement projects.  You will troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform/lead Root Cause Investigations. You will provide Quality Notifications and implement Corrective Actions.

• Training on procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and improve yields.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years working in a general manufacturing environment formulating products in the areas of biological sciences, life sciences, or an equivalent.
• Experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lead chemist experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams or projects.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $72,100 - $99,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
