Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unseren neuen Standort in Neuried, bei München unbefristet in Vollzeit einen Research Associate - Antikörperentwicklung (w/m/d). Die Bio-Rad AbD Serotec GmbH ist ein Unternehmen im Bereich der Antikörperherstellung, welches weltweit Antikörper, Reagenzien und zugehörige Verbrauchsmaterialien entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt. Unser Dienstleistungsportfolio umfasst den kompletten Bereich der Antikörperentwicklung, von der kundenspezifischen Herstellung maßgeschneiderter Antikörper bis hin zur Antikörperproduktion im industriellen Maßstab, sowie Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Proteinkonjugation und Proteinaufreinigung. An unserem Standort in Neuried werden rekombinante monoklonale Antikörper auf Basis der Phage-Display-Technologie entwickelt.
Was Sie bewirken:
- Generierung monoklonaler Antikörper durch In-vitro-Methoden (HuCAL, Phage-Display) für die Anwendung in der Forschung und Diagnostik
- Qualitätskontrolle und Charakterisierung von Antikörpern in verschiedenen Assays, vor allem ELISA
- Anwendung molekularbiologischer und proteinchemischer Methoden
- Bestimmung der Bindungskinetiken von Antikörper/Antigen Interaktionen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Laborprozessen
Was Sie mitbringen:
- Master/Bachelor in Bio-Chemie, Chemie, Biologie oder vergleichbar
- Alternativ technische Ausbildung als BTA, CTA, MTA oder vergleichbar mit Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Antikörper Phage-Display oder ähnlichen Technologien, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, sowie wissenschaftlicher Software, wie z.B. Geneious
- gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutscher und Englischer Sprache
