Scientist (m,f,d) New Technologies

For our Recombinant Antibody Laboratory in Neuried near Munich we are looking for a passionate and experienced Scientist (m,f,d) - R&D New Technologies to support our Research Department

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Evaluation, development and optimization of existing and new technologies in the field of recombinant antibodies, with a special focus on in vitro selection and screening, immunoassays and antibody modification methods
• Characterization of antibodies in a broad range of assays (affinity measurements, functional cell assays, biophysical properties etc.) for the generation of therapeutic lead candidates
• Continuous improvement of laboratory methods and processes
• Ability to develop software tools to support the team with data analysis is a plus
• Reading scientific literature and regular presentation of results
• Training and instruction of new laboratory employees, if required

What You Bring:

• PhD in biochemistry, chemistry, biology or comparable and professional experience (industry or postdoc) 
• Solid background in protein engineering, modern molecular biology and protein chemistry
• Proven skills in efficient laboratory work organization
• Willingness and enthusiasm for hands on laboratory work
• Very good command of MS Office and scientific software. Experience in coding and AI technology is a plus
• Very good English and German Language Skills
