Senior Financial Analyst

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Lead the consolidation and analysis of financial data from the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific regional finance teams, ensuring forecasts and plans are well-supported and aligned. 
• Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reporting packages and variance analyses. 
• Investigate significant variances through collaboration with regional, accounting, and analytics teams to understand underlying business drivers and translate into strategic recommendations to senior leadership. 
• Partner with the accounting department during the month-end close process. 
• Ensure major Global Commercial Operations (GCO) entries are accurately recorded and oversee the reconciliation process for any discrepancies. 
• Support initiatives to standardize and improve reporting across regions, ensuring clarity and uniformity in financial data presentation. 
• Oversee special projects related to commercial finance, such as developing enhanced reporting on service costs, product margins, and price/volume/mix (PVM). 
• Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decisions. 
• Support business partners in scenario modeling and sensitivity analyses to assess risks and opportunities in revenue-generating initiatives.

What You Bring:

• Education: BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; advanced degree a plus. 
• Work Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, either in public accounting or corporate finance; experience supporting any of the following areas of business desired: SG&A, R&D, consolidations, commercial (sales), supply chain (manufacturing & logistics). 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with other finance and business teams, including senior leadership. 
• Expert level Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, modeling); VBA experience a plus. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. 
• Extensive experience working with large datasets and synthesize insights to support decision-making; experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, SFDC, PowerBI experience plus. 
• Experience with Enterprise level accounting and planning software desired; Oracle Hyperion Financial Management, EPB/EPBCS and SAP preferred. 
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and their application in financial analysis and reporting. 
• Ability to manage deadlines from multiple project streams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $105,000 to $144,500 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
