We have a very collaborative team ethic in the UK both at individual (FAS/AM) interaction level, but also across the wider team. An example of this is our Teams group chat which all the UK team, including the marketing and management personnel contribute on a daily basis. All can contribute on any topic, and this is often both work related and social. New starters in particular find this really useful as a way of getting to know the whole team and pick up on the advice of more experienced members of the team.
