Polygraph/Printed Items Assistant

Your impact: 

• Support printed items changes/creation accross IH Network:  e-IFU layout, labels, boxes etc.
• Ensure that Finish Products packaging are aligned with their labelling and technical requirements/specifications as defined at the beginning
• Establish a comprehensive packaging landscape for different portfolios, ensuring accountability for the accuracy and completeness of the data collected
• Ensure that Finish Products packaging are aligned with their labelling and technical requirements/specifications as defined at the beginning and organize appropriate changes to do so.
• Maintain up to date or create specific database for the management of the technical and labelling specifications by type of packaging articles

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training as a polygrapher or similar, junior profile accepted
• Experience in text adaptation/verification according specific layout
• French and/or German, oral and written skills, English is a plus
• You have good computer skills (MS-Office, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)
• You have a team-oriented way of working and like to work in a challenging environment
• Ability to work across multi-discipline teams
