Manufacturing Digitalization ERP Technology Lead

As part of the Global IT Team, you will lead both implementation and support of existing SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management Processes globally, from a technology perspective, working closely with Manufacturing and Quality Management leadership and SME’s across the entire Bio-Rad manufacturing footprint. In this role you will use your analytical skills, be well-organized, and a well-rounded IT professional with strong SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management experience. Strong business knowledge, the ability to be hands-on, and a desire to “dive into the details" is key for this role.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management software. 
• Working with the Manufacturing and Quality Management Leadership, subject matter experts, IT colleagues, and stakeholders globally. 
• Use business and IT perspectives and work effectively within cross functional areas of the organization. 
• Ensuring that the system is built for intended use and the SAP solution is well supported. 
• Maintaining system integrity through the traceability of requirements all the way to solution delivery.

What You Bring: 

• Education: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent. 
• Work Experience: Five (5) or more years direct experience in supporting Demand and Supply Planning functions. 
• Proven hands—on experience is SAP ECC PP-PI , SAP ECC QM, SAP ECC PI Sheets and X-steps is a must. 
• Have demonstrated working with IT managers and business owners to formulate actionable plans and solutions. 
• Have experience with systems implementation and/or process transformation from PI sheets to POD (Process Order Dashboard – SAP Digital Manufacturing), documenting processes “as is” through process maps and SOP’s and have a working knowledge of business process decomposition techniques. 
• Be able to design processes and sub-processes and to think through the implications of those designs. 
• Must have experience with transforming manufacturing paperwork to digital batch records using PI sheets and X-steps. 
• Experience with integration of SAP with manufacturing execution systems is a plus.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $118,800 to $204,800 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
