Temp Production Operator (6 Months)

The Production Operator is responsible for producing or supporting production of instruments products in compliance with established GMP procedures and ensuring products are of consistent high quality. Perform production activities and/or provide support to production operation, perform ERP system transactions, and support training of personnel assigned to Production Department.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Perform assembly, soldering, testing and packing activities in accordance to the work instructions, test procedure, safety, cGMP, and work schedule in either the production line or Class 10k cleanroom environment.
• Ensure meeting daily output and quality goals.
• Assist Supervisor, Line Leader, and Production Technician in daily line operations.
• To actively provide improvement suggestions and be proactive in solutions.
• Always uphold the best standard of 5S
• Ensure compliance with all existing Quality management systems, company policies, ISO 9k/13485, cGMP, MDSAP, safety policy, legal requirements, etc.
• Perform accurate and timely kitting of materials for the product line to meet production demand.
• Collaborate and support in the design, development and execution of activities to support kitting.

• Higher Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Experience in Manufacturing Instrument in Life Science or Medical Devices Industry will be an advantage.
• Preferably with 3 to 5 years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Experience in ISO 13485 audit and cGMP environment
• Knowledge in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Meticulous and attention to detail with good troubleshooting ability
• Able to execute basic computer skills : Microsoft Word, Excel and Power-point
• Hardworking and a team player
