Pricing Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Pricing Specialist (f/m/d) EMEA 
 

How You’ll Make an Impact: 

• Maintains EMEA reference price lists for direct sales and/or channel partners
• Manages distribution and publication of price lists for direct and/or indirect markets and monitors of Net Selling Prices
• Manages pricing analysis for the business unit and delivering reporting to key stakeholders
• Establishes database and solutions for operational management of prices by marketing, sales and customer care
• Develops and implements tools and models for our different pricing models (reagent rental, price per reportable test, leasing, bridging strategies)
• Supports the monthly reviews of pricing objectives, issues, performance and generate action plans
• Acts as reference for customer care for validation of list prices and distributor prices.

What You Bring:  

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Science. 

• 5 years’ work experience in price management, preferred in the life science or healthcare industry 

• Strong analytical and data management skills and and financial modeling and analytical mind 

• Highly proficient in use of MS Office (especially Excel). SAP knowledge is of advantage. 

• Good knowledge of the use of market research for pricing and a proven professional pricing experience is required 

• Experience in using pricing tools to analyze and set prices is a plus 

• Good written and verbal knowledge in English, German is a plus. 

• Ability to stay target-focused, efficient and apply analytical thinking in a demanding working environment 

• Ability to drive and execute pricing project independently 

• Influencing skills and knowledge in change management, to be able to interact within a matrix organization and to prioritize tasks 

• Ability to communicate complex ideas and using networks to acquire relevant information
