This Project Management, Intern role will support the PMO initiative of evolving Project Lessons Learned from individual, static documentation into a living, AI‑enabled knowledge system. The Intern will use existing Microsoft 365 tools and AI capabilities (e.g., Copilot) to capture, organize, summarize, and surface project insights that improve consistency, reduce manual effort, and support better decision‑making across projects.
Location: This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.
How You'll Make An Impact:
- Support the transition from siloed Lessons Learned to a shared, searchable knowledge base.
- Use AI tools to help transform raw project notes and discussions into clear, usable insights.
- Improve consistency and reduce manual administrative work in capture of Lessons Learned.
- Support discovery, pilot, and refinement of PMO workflows before standardization.
- Help ensure project learnings are visible, actionable, and reusable across teams.
What You Bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at an accredited university in Business, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field. Eligible candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or graduate students who intend to return to their academic program the following academic year.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize and structure information.
- Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel).
- Able to organize unstructured information into standardized formats.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to summarize information, organize content, or identify patterns.
- Ability to critically review and refine AI output to ensure accuracy and usefulness.
- Comfort working in an evolving, pilot‑driven environment where processes are being tested and refined.
- Interest in process improvement, knowledge management, or project learning practices.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $25.00 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
