工作地点为北京，负责北京部分区域、天津及内蒙的 CDG 全线产品的技术支持工作。

 

How You’ll Make an Impact 

1、定期联络当前客户为其正确使用产品提供充分的技术支持   

2、根据客户和销售/市场人员需求进行设备的安装培训，应用和解决疑难杂症

3、与维修部门就所有客户服务相关事务密切合作

4、确保所有客户相关的来电得到及时和满意的处理

5、 与销售/市场人员合作培训客户和经销商

6、根据销售/市场需求发表陈述，演示产品和主持讲座

 

What You Bring

1. 具有体外诊断产品诊断产品的客户应用支持领域至少2年经验；
2. 医学检验或医学相关专业本科及以上
