Product Marketing Process Enhancement Project Intern

The candidate will work with key business groups to develop and finalize Stakeholder requirements libraries in JAMA. This will involve: 

1. Developing a familiarity with JAMA software.
2. Reviewing the existing Stakeholder requirements library.
3. Interviewing key stakeholders and subject matter experts in Stakeholder requirement methodology. 
4. Identifying unmet needs, deficiencies and/or areas of improvement by synthesizing feedback from all product managers interviewed.
5. Revise and update the Stakeholder requirements library.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Develop an understanding of ISO requirements for life science products. 
• Develop an understanding of Bio-Rad-specific processes to define product requirements. 
• Learn the current structure of the requirements library. 
• Perform numerous interviews with project stakeholders and subject matter experts. 
• Present to the broader organization on suggested improvements. 
• Revise and update the Stakeholder requirements library.

What You Bring:

• Education: Current sophomore/junior student working towards a B.S or B.A. degree in an accredited university. 
• 3.0 minimum GPA.
• Work Experience: Completed second or third year of project management, engineering, biology, biochemistry or related courses. 
• Interpersonal skills: ability to discuss technical subject matter with a variety of subject matter experts.

Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $25 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
