Order Support Representative II

In the Order Support Representative position the candidate will be expected to process orders received through various electronic channels (EDI, Esker(email and fax) and the company website) promptly and thoroughly. This process includes reviewing transactions for accuracy and completeness, exercising attention to detail. You will resolve customer concerns via phone and/or email as required. In this role there is a need to be able to learn several different systems and regularly use several systems at once. Two monitors are used on a daily basis to support these actions. The candidate will work with others within the customer service department as well as other departments as necessary.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Responsible for more technical-related activities. 
• Works on projects and problems of moderate scope and complexity. 
• Generates ad hoc reports as needed. 
• Provides support for department overflow.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma. Some college coursework preferred. 
• Work Experience: 4+ years’ experience in Customer Service/Sales Support/Relationship Management or similar environment. 
• People and Phone Skills. 
• High quality customer service skills. 
• Intermediate understanding of customer relationship management. 
• Intuitive to customers’ needs. 
• Accurate data entry, general computer skills, organizational skills. 
• Ability to quickly learn and comprehend product knowledge. 
• Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Attentive to detail and organized.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $41,000 to $70,100 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
