Production Assembler

Executes a variety of tasks that includes label stagging, label coding, process order preparation, documentation printing, pulling label samples for incoming QC, material put away, verification of labels and documents, maintenance of printing equipment, operation of printing equipment, performing math and reconciliation calculations, and completing required documentation. 

Involves using hands, handling objects, and reaching with hands/arms, standing, sitting, and bending Regularly walks, stoops, kneels, crouches, climbs, talks, hears, lifts items, and occasionally moves up to 30 lbs. Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception and adjusting focus. May work near moving mechanical parts or equipment and risk of electric shock. Noise level is generally moderate. Wears personal protective equipment. Overtime may be required.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Follows all policies and procedures relating to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/Quality Systems). 
• Inspects labels and documentation using visual, automated, electronic and mechanical inspection procedures. 
• Completes required documentation in an accurate and timely manner following Good Documentation Practices (GDP). 
• Ensures scrap and waste are disposed of properly. 
• Complies with 5S and Safety requirements. 
• Monitors and maintains inventory at their work areas. 
• Keeps supervisor apprised of any abnormal production issues.

What You Bring:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent. 
• Work Experience: 0-3 years. 
• Ability to read, to write, to comprehend, and follow written instructions. 
• Basic math, problem solving and computer skills · Transaction in SAP experience, a plus. 
• Experience operating manual, semi-auto and automatic production machinery, preferred. 
• Team player/ flexible/ attentive to detail and quality minded.

Compensation: The estimated hourly rate for this position is $17.36 to $23.85 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
