Production Technician III

The Production Technician III is responsible for executing diversified production assignments involving instruments and reagents, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and maintaining high product quality. This role requires advanced troubleshooting, decision-making, and the ability to support manufacturing.

How You'll Make An Impact: 

• Perform complex, directed lab experiments and sustain daily production activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to instrument/equipment or reagent production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.
• Document production activities, including forms, reports, logs, and batch records.
• Coordinate support operations and perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment. Review and update maintenance and equipment-specific procedures.

What You Bring:  

• Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree in chemistry or similar is preferred.
• Work Experience: 6+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with experience in laboratory settings and maintenance of high-precision equipment
• Familiarity with calibrating and verifying equipment preferred.
• Strong math, problem-solving, and computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $25.48 to $35.10 hourly, at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of the offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon the achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
