Marketing Assistant (12 month temp)

To ensure a smooth transition process for the marketing reorganization, GC field marketing team need a temp to assist with non-field marketing activities that have not yet been transferred to future owners and some daily office work that field marketing managers do not have time to handle.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Support field marketing managers to maintain and update both GC LSG and CDG NDP files.
• Assist campaign owners in campaign activities application and execution in SAP including PR, PO and payment docs submissions.
• Help campaign owner initiate and follow up requests in BCP portal including needs assessment, contract and HCP engagement.
• Maintain SKU information and approval chain in deal desk.
• Manage marketing materials including brochure, poster and giveaway.

What You Bring:

• Good knowledge of MS Office and other related software. 
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadline. 
• Good communication skills. 
• College degree or above
