Sr Dir, Market Strategy, LSG

As the Senior Director of LSG Strategic Planning at Bio-Rad Laboratories, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You will start your day by reviewing the latest market trends and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making. You will then collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate vision and goals. Throughout the day, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives, providing thought leadership and guidance on industry trends and best practices. You will also monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to drive growth and innovation within the Life Science Group. Your day will be filled with opportunities to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation within the Life Science Group. 
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives. 
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making. 
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic projects and initiatives. 
• Provide thought leadership and guidance on industry trends and best practices. 
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as necessary. 
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

What You Bring:

• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field 
• Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy development and execution. 
• Proven track record of success in a top 5 strategy consulting firm or as a strategy leader within a Life Sciences organization. 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis. 
• Strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and market dynamics.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $227,200 to $313,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
