BSA Associate

• Collaborating with key stakeholders to define hardware requirements and forecast budget allocations for upcoming fiscal periods. 
• Analyzing historical hardware expenditures to develop accurate and realistic budget estimates.
• Tracking actual spending against the budget, providing regular updates and detailed reports to senior management on hardware expenses, and generating bi-weekly PO reports.
• Managing the Internal Order report and meticulously tracking the hardware budget across all regions, including NLAM, APAC, and EMEA.
• Monitoring hardware lifecycle refresh components versus new requests to determine accurate quarterly and yearly budget forecasts. 
• Overseeing the timely processing of invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time payments. 
• Ensuring the prompt creation and processing of purchase requisitions (PRs) and collaborating with the Purchasing team to facilitate the timely release of purchase orders (POs). 
• Monitoring procurement workflows to ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures. 
• Resolving invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and the finance team. 
• Coordinating with the Accounts Payable team to ensure the timely scanning of vendor invoices. 
• Managing 14 Telekom vendor accounts, in addition to several hardware vendors, ensuring reliability and accuracy in monthly invoice analysis, while addressing any payment issues and conflicts. 
• Overseeing the daily action items tracker to ensure smooth process flow and task completion. 
• Managing Jira tickets to ensure timely closure of tasks. 
• Prioritizing the preparation and submission of the monthly accrual report to finance as a critical end-of-month task. 
• Collaborating closely with the VMO and professional services internal teams to ensure seamless purchasing operations. 
• Assisting with the planning and allocation of the hardware refresh and lifecycle budget for 2025.

What You Bring:

• Master’s in mass communications (Kinnaird College) 
• Certificate In Marketing Strategy (Cornell University-Online)

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $84,300 to $103,900 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
