How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Lead and coordinate regional demand forecasting and S&OP processes, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Planning;
- Manage and support CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., SFDC), including reporting, system updates, and alignment with regional and Americas teams;
- Support pricing processes, regional pricing analysis, and collaboration with the Americas Pricing team;
- Assist with inventory allocation and customer-level prioritization across Brazil;
- Support regional operational activities such as new rep onboarding, territory alignment, local projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related field, or equivalent experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, demand planning, or similar roles;
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and CPQ tools (SFDC preferred).
