Creative Operations Manager

The Creative Operations Manager will focus on managing creative resources to maximize operational efficiencies within Bio-Rad’s Brand Strategy and Creative Services department. This role will be tasked with driving scalable solutions that enable our team to build a best-in-class internal agency framework. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in internal and external agency settings and will have worked closely to build out agency infrastructure like DAM systems, vendor resources, and photography libraries.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Vendor and Contract Management: Work with procurement to identify and onboard vendors required to fulfill the creative roadmap. Manage creative agency NDAs, SOWs and external agency onboarding 
• Budget Management: Review invoices and track production-related spend for Brand and Creative Services, including PO management, invoice tracking, and project estimates. Manage vendor setup and open purchase orders for external vendor payments 
• DAM and Asset Library Management: Ensure all creative assets are correctly loaded into the DAM with corresponding META data, user permissions. Monitor assets to ensure compliance with usage rights, as well version control 
• System and Resource Onboarding: As new resources are approved, develop internal processes and onboarding programs to ensure any new resources are fully operationalized and embedded within the creative ecosystem.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience as a creative operations specialist, operations specialist, operations manager, project operations, or similar role 
• Understanding of creative processes, including branding, graphic design, content development, video and/or product design 
• Proficient in business/financial operations 
• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of providing analytical support for problem-solving 
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $133,900 to $184,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
