Quality Control Specialist I

As the Bio-Rad QC Specialist, you will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot QC Laboratory instrumentation. Create and release product batch records according to applicable procedures. Evaluate assay runs for accuracy and input data into the appropriate database or software. Ensure product testing is completed accurately and in a timely manner, following GDP guidelines. Work in a team environment and interface with other departments when required.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a life science or related field.
• 0-2 years in a clinical laboratory environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in the use of clinical laboratory techniques and equipment.
• Expertise in instrument operation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with instrumentations from Siemens, Beckman, Abbott, and Roche a plus.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $68,640 - $83,100 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
