Senior Director, Clinical Diagnostics Regional Marketing, Americas

You will be accountable for overseeing and supporting the Marketing Plans that support successful implementation of Marketing 4 Ps (Product, Place, Promotion) at a regional/country/territory level acting in concert with global product management strategy.  You will also provide coaching to team members throughout plan development and execution. Works cross-functionally to create alignment to plan and all support activities needed.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Prioritize and synthesize market intelligence and competitive insights to drive decision making for optimal business performance in the region. Determine critical few trends or insights for escalation to business for action.
• Analyzes sales enablement productivity, effectiveness in launch planning process and ensures appropriate resources are prioritized and allocated accordingly. Coaches team members on sales enablement activities to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders in global Product Management, Outbound, Marcomms, Sales and other key functions to ensure shared objectives and interdependencies are well understood and fully aligned.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, thought leaders, and industry influencers at super region level. 

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelors degree required, Masters or doctorate preferred
• Work Experience: 7+ years of Diagnostic sales, marketing, business development or equivalent commercial leadership roles including proven track record of strong people management. 
• Solid technical expertise and/or knowledge and understanding of Bio Rad products, technologies, and applications.
• Solid public speaking skills.
• High level of commercial experience including some higher level customer facing activities.
• Strategic mindset in leading marketing super regions and sub-regions.
• Strong finance and business acumen.
• Experienced cross functional leader with a proven track record of driving results across diverse business areas.
• Possesses well established leadership skills, direct oversight of team leaders for each geographic sub-region including revenue, market share and all growth objectives.
• Manages problems at strategic-level across multiple sub-regions for the overall growth of the assigned super region.
• Accountable for all products and marketing deliverables within their assigned Division.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $204,000 to $313,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 

*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
