The Supply Planning Manager will be part of our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Planning team for Spare Parts globally. This individual will work with the Singapore manufacturing team to support and coordinates our product build plans and ensure plans meet Global Spares requirements. He/She will engage with the commercial, marketing, sales and finance teams to drive business results in support of company objectives.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Responsible for all aspects of inventory and supply planning with a goal of ensuring desired revenue, margin, service, inventory, capacity, and total delivered cost targets are achieved
- Execute all facets of the S&OP process to provide an optimum customer service level and working capital performance as defined by the organization’s business operating plans and strategic objectives
- Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, commercial sales and finance to address input gaps as identified by forecast error review & other means
- Execute S&OP reviews and meetings for internal stakeholders and external suppliers to achieve supply plan optimization
- Ensure that all Business Planning tools used in Demand, Supply, and Sales & Operations are accurate, updated, maintained and available for use by key users and top management for decision making
- Lead and participate in projects driving supply chain strategy optimization including advanced planning techniques to optimize capacity optimization
- Lead Process improvement initiatives within Supply Chain
What You Bring:

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 year's working experience in supply chain planning and inventory management
- Sound understanding of ERP & Planning (DRP) software systems with the ability to optimize settings and performance - knowledge of SAP strongly preferred
- Skilled in Microsift Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into clear narratives
- Ability to worl independently and take initiative
