The Supply Planner III will be part of our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Planning team. The duties includes developing supply plans, manages global inventory and stock transfers, and coordinates replenishment across distribution centers. He/she will monitor inventory for performance, optimize stock levels, and minimize waste. The role collaborates with multiple teams on forecasts, product allocation, and life cycle management, and provides guidance to junior supply planners.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Manage and firm up supply plan through Kinaxis Rapid Response, determine supply plan based on demand, inventory, capacity and production alignment.
- Manage and initiate Stock Transfer Order (STO) with manufacturing plant to transfer finished goods to Tier 1 DC.
- Manage global inventory across the network and partner with Replenish planners (DRP) for Stock Transfer Request (STR) and STO in SAP between Tier 1 and 2/3 DCs globally.
- Analyse, monitor and response for Inventory level to ensure adherence of OTIF performance, BackOrder reduction, optimise inventory turns, define right safety stock level at DCs and manage shelf life products effectively to minimise discard risk.
- Co-ordinate with DRP/Logistics on timely delivery of replenishment across the network DCs.
- Analyse, evaluate and partner with Global Demand Planning on forecast accuracy and demand signal publish through Demand/Supply Planning across the network.
- Partner with Global Marketing to manage global product allocation/prioritisation.
- Actively engage with Global Marketing on Product Life Cycle management in NPI (New Products Introduction) and/or EOL (End of Life) process. Integrate plan with manufacturing site(s) to ensure supply continuity and/or raw material/component discard risk.
- Collaborate with multiple functions (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Demand Planning, Production, Warehouse, Logistics and other internal stakeholders) to improve supply plan and work processes.
- Support the co-ordination and guidance to Supply Planner I and II.

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 5 year's working experience in supply chain planning and inventory management
- Sound understanding of ERP & Planning (DRP) software systems with the ability to optimize settings and performance
- Knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis is strongly preferred
- Skilled in Microsift Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Access)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to translate analysis into clear narratives
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
