Admin Assoc, Staff

This role is primarily responsible for Admin Associate. Primary purpose of this position is to support sales team for the back-office work. Coordinates with internal/external Customers.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Backend Support for field sales team.
• CRM Support 
• Should be able to work efficiently on SAP.
• Cross functional collaboration for follow ups.
• Addressing customer queries and recording all correspondence with customers.
• Maintaining, updating Customer data in MDG.
• Preparing sales and service contracts and agreements.
• Following up on customer queries and complaints.
• Documentation w.r.t RGA, NVF, service extensions etc.
• Follow ups with SMI, sales teams, and customers on  PO,  lot nos. AR, Invoice copies etc.

What You Bring: 

• Graduate or MBA.
• Experience 2 to 4 years in related field 
• Excellent Communication skills 
• Knowledge of organization processes 
• Experience in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Familiarity with SOP.
• Should have knowledge of SAP.
