Bio-Rad is seeking an IT Tech Support II who will perform the following activities: providing 1st and 2nd level technical support to users, working on resolving hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and corporate application incidents. Diagnosing and solving complex technical problems, performing root cause analysis. Installing, configuring and maintaining equipment, mobile devices and local infrastructure. Working with the Service Desk, suppliers and global teams, ensuring governance, security and compliance.
How You Will Make an Impact
- You will ensure the continuity of IT services, reduce downtime and increase end-user productivity.
- You will actively resolve complex incidents, preventing recurrence through root cause analysis and structural improvements.
- You will contribute to the stability and evolution of the IT infrastructure by participating in regional projects aligned with the corporate roadmap.
- You will strengthen IT governance by ensuring compliance with internal policies, information security controls, and regulatory requirements.
- You will enhance the end-user experience through high-quality support, clear documentation, and preventive actions.
What We Expect You to Bring
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in corporate IT support environments, providing first- and second-level support.
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, hardware, peripherals, and basic networking concepts.
- Strong technical analysis and advanced troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify patterns in recurring incidents.
- Experience with ITIL-based processes, including incident, change, and escalation management, with adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical topics for non-technical users.
- Intermediate English proficiency to interact with global teams and vendors.
- A collaborative, organized profile with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on governance and internal customer satisfaction.
