Global Market Insights & Analytics Manager

As the Global Market Insights & Analytics Manager, you will transform complex data into actionable insights that guide Bio-Rad’s business and marketing strategies. On a typical day, you will analyzes market trends, monitor key performance metrics, and collaborate with product management and marketing teams to inform decision-making. You will also build dashboards, interpret data from multiple sources, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that shape strategic and tactical plans. The role combines analytical expertise with business acumen translating numbers into stories that drive growth and competitiveness across global markets.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

• Deliver market and competitive insights that directly inform product, marketing, and commercial strategies.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Build and maintain analytics dashboards to monitor performance and key market indicators.
• Partner with product management and market access teams to align insights with business objectives.
• Identify emerging market trends and forecast potential shifts to guide proactive strategic planning.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) to visualize data and drive informed decisions.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in market research, business analytics, or related functions within life sciences, healthcare, or technology industries.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear insights and business recommendations.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with predictive modeling, data visualization, and performance tracking.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
• Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to respond quickly to changing business needs.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $133,900 to $184,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
