As a CRM Specialist with deep expertise in Sales Operations and Revenue Management, you will play a critical role in aligning technical systems with business needs to improve operational efficiency. Leveraging hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce CRM and Oracle CPQ, you will manage complex support ticket workflows and act as the final escalation point before IT. You excel in cross-functional environments, using data-driven insights and strong stakeholder collaboration to optimize pricing processes, implement strategic initiatives, and enhance the performance of commercial tools.

How You’ll Make An Impact: 

  • Combine technical and business skills to review, evaluate and understand existing processes, systems and data with a view to improving operational efficiency. 
  • Create, organize, and support centralized processes, systems, and data related to pricing activities, enabling use of our existing tool stack. (Salesforce CRM & Oracle CPQ). 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to implement strategic projects and transformational initiatives. 
  • Frame business questions with data, translating business needs into strategies, and executing tactics and process improvements.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree. 
  • Work Experience: 2-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, Pricing Management, or other relevant commercial functions. 
  • Experience with supporting internal users with Salesforce and Oracle CPQ. 
  • Data Analysis and working with large volumes of data; extracting, manipulating, cleansing, and analyzing.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $64,500USD to $129,400USD at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.  Please note, for candidates in Canada, the local Canadian geographical range will apply.  Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance. 


*Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
