Bio-Rad Holds Diversity Career Fair and ERG Expo

In honor of Global Diversity Awareness Month this October, Bio-Rad held its second annual Diversity Career Fair and ERG Expo earlier this month in Hercules, California. Both events reflect Bio-Rad's ongoing commitment to building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
The Diversity Career Fair drew more than 400 job seekers from the area, and multiple candidates are now interviewing for roles at Bio-Rad. "Bio-Rad is the largest employer in Hercules, and it was fantastic to have City Councilman Alex Walker-Griffin open the job fair," said Bernadette Todd, Associate Director, Talent Acquisition. "It was a moment of great pride to witness the Bio-Rad community come together to ensure the job fair's success."
The ERG Expo provided an opportunity for Bio-Rad employees to learn about the Company's various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and how they can participate. In the video below, Frenchelle Franklin, Sr. D&I Program Manager, talks about what Bio-Rad's ERGs offer.
